OSC3 PLUS ONLINE

The OSC 3.0 Plus Online system (One Stop Centre 3.0 Plus) is a centralized online service platform developed by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) in collaboration with MAMPU. It is designed to manage and process development applications and building plan approvals digitally across Local Authorities (PBTs) in Malaysia.

Main Functions of the OSC 3 Plus Online System (KPKT)

  • Digital Submission & Review: Allows developers, architects, or Principal Submitting Persons (PSPs) to submit development proposals, planning approvals, and building plans online without physical documents.
  • Digital Signatures & Verification: Supports secure, transparent reviews of digital drawings and documentation.
  • Simultaneous Processing: Facilitates coordination between the Local Authority and Internal/External Technical Agencies (such as JKR, JPS, Bomba, and TNB).
  • Real-Time Status Tracking: Enables applicants to track application progress and receive automated notifications at each stage of the approval process.

Connection to Raub District Council (MDR), Pahang

  • MDR OSC Committee Meetings: The Raub District Council OSC Unit processes application files received through this system to be presented during the official MDR OSC Committee Meetings for final decisions.
